Mr. Strommer is the Co-founder and former President & CEO of MediGuide – a medical device company sold to St. Jude Medical on 2008 for $300M. He is involved for the last 15 years in Medical Devices & nearly 30 years in High-tech industry. Previously, he was General Manager of MediGuide as part of St. Jude Medical after the MediGuide acquisition.  He also served as Director for Technological Business Development and Director for Software Development at Elbit Systems.

Robert S. Fishel, MD, FACC

Dr. Fishel is the founder of Florida Electrophysiology Associates, the Southeast’s largest group of cardiac electrophysiologists.  Dr. Fishel is a member of New World Angels, an angel group specializing in biotechnology early stage investments.  Previous exits for Dr. Fishel’s investees have exceeded $300M. Dr. Fishel is the founder of Catalyst Development Partners, a real estate development company in the southeastern US.  Dr. Fishel is a partner in Renaissance Properties NY.

Mr. Broder was the Co-founder of ESOP and BDB. He served as CFO for BRM Technologies, founded CFO outsourcing consulting practice, founder and

co-manager of ERB finance, founder and board member of ESOP Excellence, largest option management service provider in Israel and since 2007 to date, founder and CEO of BDB, a technology accelerator and investment company focusing on Clean-Tech and Medical devices.
