A New Paradigm
in Cardiac Rhythm
Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is a medical emergency that occurs when the heart suddenly stops beating or beats irregularly, resulting in a loss of blood flow and oxygen to the brain and other vital organs.
Without immediate treatment, SCA can be fatal. The treatment for SCA typically involves cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillation using an automated external defibrillator.
NewPace is developing
a platform of innovative wearable and implantable devices.
for the monitoring and protection of patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest (“SCA”) at home and outside of the hospital.
